All sample sale products are eligible for exchange for store credit or full refund within 5 days of receiving. Products will not be approved for return or exchanged if contact with Charla Tedrick has not been made by email regarding the desire to return/exchange within the 5 day period -- ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS.
