By accessing and using the Site, you accept, without limitation or qualification, these Terms of Use. Charla Tedrick may, at any time and without notice, modify these Terms of Use by revising them on the Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of any such revisions. You should therefore periodically visit this page to review the current Terms of Use. You may not modify these Terms of Use except in a writing signed by Charla Tedrick. If you do not agree and accept, without limitation or qualification, these Terms of Use, you must exit the site immediately.

PAYMENTS

www.CharlaTedrick.com accepts PayPal and most major debit/credit card companies (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express).

All orders are subject to a security check prior to shipment. When submitting an order, the payment will run an address verification check with your financial institution to confirm the billing and shipping information provided. When placing your order, please make sure that you use the billing address and contact information as it appears on your credit statement. It is recommended that your order be shipped to the billing address for quicker processing. If shipping to an alternate address, delays may occur as additional verification with the customer may be needed to confirm the authorized transaction. Please be advised that our security checks are intended to ensure the safety of your financial information and to prevent unauthorized use of your PayPal and debit/ credit cards. Any orders that do not pass the AVS/security check will be cancelled and payment will be refunded.

If your credit card is declined, a message will appear on the page with the reason why it was declined. If it is declined as a result of an AVS mismatch, please verify that the billing address information you are entering on the website is an exact match to the billing address information on file with your credit card issuing bank. If your card is declined as a result of the card code mismatch, please ensure that you are correctly entering the 3 or 4 digit code that appears on the front or back of your card (varies by card type). If your transaction is otherwise declined, please ensure that you have sufficient funds available in your account to complete the transaction, or contact your bank to inquire about any holds that may have been placed on your card.

Declined transactions may appear on your billing statement as pending transactions. Within 3-5 business days, your bank will remove these pending transactions from your account. These funds are not being held by CharlaTedrick.com, and may have their pending status removed only by your bank.

IMPORTANT TAX INFORMATION

Sales tax is automatically applied at checkout to all applicable states.

STORE CREDIT

Store credit is given in the form of a discount code. To use a store credit, add an item to your shopping bag, and during checkout enter your provided discount code to apply your credit.

Products available for sale on CharlaTedrick.com are available domestically and internationally, but additional shipping charges do apply on shipments. Charla Tedrick, LLC reserves the right to alter these shipping prices at any time and without prior notice. Fees and additional charges may apply to purchases that have already been placed in order to cover shipping and handling costs.

Charla Tedrick, LLC makes it a priority to be as accurate as possible in describing all products available for sale on the Charla Tedrick website. However, Charla Tedrick, LLC does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
