Venomous Platform

First off, the customer service here is better than anywhere else I have ever ordered from IN MY LIFE! I had ordered based off the description but the shoes were still too big. I reached out to customer service & Charla immediately sent me another pair in the correct size for me so that I could have them for my law school graduation. Because of how distressed I was with potentially not having my shoes in time for graduation, they were expedited to me! WOW!! Then to my surprise, I got the correct shoes along with a handwritten note from Charla as well as a bag, keychain charm, sticker, & pin. I was absolutely blown away by the customer service here & will be a customer for life! So ready to get another pair because these were so cute & comfy! I will say that I’m not the best in heels, but I could handle these on level land (hills were another story lol). Thank you Charla for getting my shoes to me so I could still feel like myself at law school graduation. UNREAL!!!

Exactly as pictured but the straps fit me a bit loose to where my heel continuously pops out. Im planning on going to a cobbler to have the strap shortened ever so slightly. But other than that, these are the comfiest heels i’ve ever put on!

These are so insanely beautiful!!!! The spiderweb details is just perfect and most importantly they are super comfy!!!

I am always in search of a great pair of heels that I can walk in and wear for a whole night. I've gotten so much use out of these and will continue to be a staple in my wardrobe.

I've been buying CT shoes since the first collection many years ago and have always been over the moon. Never disappointed. They are the most comfortable platforms I have ever worn and you can tell that there is a lot of time and attention focused on fit and comfort. I'm a lifer.
